We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can give our children high levels of therapeutic care and help them to achieve amazing outcomes.
Our Shifnal home is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support.  Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment.  Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

*Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £12 to £13 per hour for days (depending on qualifications held) and working 12 sleep-nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night)

What we are looking for:
  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities (essential)
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)
