Are you passionate about teaching SEND children? Cover People are searching for understanding, accommodating, and patient SEND Teachers to work within our SEN Schools and Primary Schools. You will create an inclusive learning environment and teach a range of subjects to students who have Special Education Needs.
If you have the relevant experience, we would like to hear from you
As a SEND Teacher you will:
Plan and deliver tailored learning, adapting resources to the needs of the students and deliver effective teaching strategies.
Promote the academic and social development of SEND children.
Provide a safe environment and have extensive knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to support pupil progress.
Candidate Requirements:
QTS or ECT.
Strong Knowledge and experience in Special Education and knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence and ability to adapt to any situation, and confidence working with SEND children.
Be a passionate and empathetic educator.
