Key Skills:
* Previous experience in a premium operation as a Reservations or Events Coordinator, preferably in a country house hotel with a spa
* Previous experience using a hotel PMS system (desirable)
* Strong working knowledge of all the Front Office operations
* Excellent customer service skills and communication
* The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
Duties:
* Taking Reservations calls and replying to email enquiries
* Handling and converting of event enquiries
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, agents and guests ensuring an inspirational service is delivered at all times
* Maintain and deliver consistent company agreed standards
