If you have experience of working within Care & Support, supporting vulnerable adults, we have the role for you. We have Bank/Relief vacancies across Chelmsford, Colchester and Clacton-On-Sea.
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll support people to live well, be independent and connected to their own community. You’ll be kind and compassionate and a strong advocate for the people you support.
You’ll be empathetic and non-judgemental and a professional operator with strong relationship-building skills. You’ll enjoy promoting positive joint working between relatives, other departments and partners.
