Als Manager/in für das Customer Success Team in Hamburg, welches einer unserer Fokusmärkte in Europa wird, würden deine Prioritäten darin bestehen, sich sowohl für dein Team als auch für die Kundenbasis einzusetzen und jederzeit das bestmögliche Kundenerlebnis sicherzustellen. Du wirst ein kollaboratives und produktives Arbeitsumfeld fördern und deine täglichen Aufgaben umfassen Umsatzprognosen, Identifizierung neuer Umsatzmöglichkeiten, das Management von Abwanderungen oder risikoreichen Konten sowie die Gewährleistung optimaler Betreuung unserer Kunden.
Was wirst du tun?
- Inspiriere, führe und schaffe eine Umgebung mit hoher Beteiligung, in der Trusties ihr volles Potenzial entfalten können. Setze die Bühne und die Richtung für dein Team, um sicherzustellen, dass wir unsere Ziele mit hoher Leistung und Kundenbindung erreichen.
- Das Coachen, entwickeln und managen eines Teams von Customer Success Managern, welche die Kundenbeziehung vom Zeitpunkt des bezahlten Abonnements bis zur Verlängerung übernehmen.
- Übernehme die Zusammensetzung deines Teams, indem du gemäß der Pläne des Senior-Managements hilfst das Team aufbauen und zu skalieren.
- Treibe die Leistung im Team voran und sei verantwortlich für die Unterstützung der beruflichen Entwicklung und der persönlichen Entwicklungspläne deines Teams.
- Pflege ein positives Teamumfeld, in dem Trusties sie selbst sein können.
- Arbeite mit unseren Kollegen im NewBiz zusammen, um Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten zu unterstützen und eine erfolgreiche Übergabe vom Neugeschäft zum Customer Success zu gewährleisten.
- Unterstütze die Entwicklung unserer sich entwickelnden Prozesse und gebe Feedback zu Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Operations Team.
- Arbeite eng mit anderen internen Abteilungen wie Produkt, Partnerschaften und Marketing zusammen, um Customer Success zu vertreten und die Stimme unserer Kunden zu sein.
- Beeinflusse die Produktentwicklung und andere Initiativen im besten Interesse unserer Kunden.
- Gehe mit einem guten Beispiel voraus und sei dafür verantwortlich die Teamkultur im Einklang mit den Werten von Trustpilot aufzubauen und zu pflegen. Ein Team, in dem alle unsere Werte von 'Positiv menschlich', 'Offen für alles', 'Kollaborativ' und 'Immer mit Integrität' annehmen und leben.
- Sei Trustpilot-Ambassador auf dem DACH Markt. Präsentiere die Vision und Vorteile von Trustpilot auf Messen, Ausstellungen, Presse- und anderen externen Veranstaltungen.
Wer bist du?
- Du spricht fließend Deutsch und English.
- Du hast Arbeitserfahrung als Customer Success Manager/in.
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams und Beteiligung an Aufgaben des Personalmanagements wie Feedbackgespräche, Budgetierung, Personalplanung und Rekruitment.
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis über den DACH-Markt.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Durchführung von Geschäftsfallanalysen und Präsentationen für C-Level-Stakeholder.
- Du hast einen Führungsansatz, um dein Team dazu zu befähigen, selbstständig zu arbeiten..
- Frühere Arbeitserfahrung in einem B2B-Abonnementmodell.
