About the Role:
As a Trainee Customer Support (Customer Onboarder), you will be the primary contact for their subscribers, ensuring they have a positive experience and get the most out of their subscriptions. This role requires you to learn all about their subscription products and gain a detailed understanding of the offshore energy sector. You will also be responsible for reporting feedback to relevant departments to continuously improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining good relationships with members.

Provide comprehensive knowledge on all subscriptions to assist with any customer enquiry.

Support the sales team with various tasks.

Report customer feedback, concerns, and issues to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments.

Manage subscription renewals.

Efficiently record incoming email and phone enquiries.

Exhibit excellent telephone skills with a persuasive demeanour.

Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher effectively.

Gather market and customer information to support sales activities.
Experience and Skills Required:
Previous customer service experience in an office environment.

Proficient computer skills, ideally with experience in a computer-based role.

Experience in contacting businesses both over the phone and face-to-face.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Hours and Benefits:
Full-time, office-based role (37.5 hours per week) in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Competitive salary c£23,625.00, based on experience.
