Business Operations Coordinator

#TeamCandour have been retained by a thriving solutions provider to source a Graduate or Trainee Business Operations Co-Ordinator to support a range of activities across the operations of a thriving & multi-award winning business.

This role would support an ambitious graduate with confident communications looking to make their way in the world of business technology – attitude over experience is absolutely paramount here and in return you can expect exposure to and training in huge variety of skills.

Duties will be broad but the overarching goal is to maximise sales opportunities, streamline processes to improve efficiency across the business, contributing to the overall company financial goals by:

Coordinating and overseeing business procedures to ensure productivity and efficiency in operations.nAssisting in planning and execution of various projects and maintaining documentation.nWorking with our Training and Development Manger post project delivery to ensure successful adoption of systems and process.nDrive the use of internal applications across the business to maximise their use.nLiaise with all departments to understanding the key needs of each, supporting the teams with the use of systems and processes.nWork closely with the Director of Business Operations to understand the company goals and aspirations to translate the business strategies/plan into what requirements will be needed to help fulfil these.nIdentifying opportunities for process and operational improvements and implementing strategies to achieve them.nEstablish and maintain the highest governance and ethical standards in operational practices.
