About the role:
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for step change improvements within a busy, high volume and fast paced operational environment through the implementation of technology and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. 
The overriding goal of the Continuous Improvement Engineer is to act as a change agent within the business, ensuring that the rate of improvement is commensurate with a world class operations team and puts the business on course for operational excellence.
The ideal candidate for the Continuous Improvement Engineer role will have the following background:
A track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies  within a fast-paced, busy operational environment.
Ideally will be Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline.
Has ability to risk assess processes using FMEA methodology.
Demonstrable experience deploying Lean Six Sigma tools.
A pragmatic, solutions orientated and problem solving approach.
Strong technical expertise in relation to specifying and commissioning equipment - from selection to installation.
