We have a fantastic opportunity for a new National Sales Manager to join Advanced Water Company  You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for the external sales team and all external customer contacts for the company. 


We are looking for a proven National Sales Manager with a desire to drive continuous improvement, whilst supporting and promoting the company's core values.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Proven success operating as a National Sales Manager
  • Proven experience in recruiting, managing and developing a successful external sales team.
  • Ability to define, develop, and manage executable strategies in a commercial environment.
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking and effective leadership skills.
  • Experience of operating in a challenging and fast paced sales environment.
  • A dedicated advocate for fairness & respect, fostering exceptional service and nourishing potential.
