Vibe Recruit is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Manufacturing Assistant Technician to join our highly successful and growing client based in Cwmbran.
Hours: 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Thurs /07:30 to 13:00 Friday
Pay rate: £12.44 per hour
Weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production equipment
Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
Covering any basic site maintenance tasks that may arise, changing light tubes, attending to leaks, checking fire extinguishers, etc.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Keep accurate production records
Collaborate with other departments to improve production processesSkills:
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams
Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
