We are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare organisation as they seek to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team. This role has become available due to a departure within the team and within this role, you will report into the Finance Manager. This role is a part time position for 30 hours per week, with the hours spread across 4 or 5 days. 
As the Finance Assistant, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing sales invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Processing employee expenses
- Credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Additional ad hoc duties
In order to be successful in this position, you will have previous experience working within a similar accounts role, with strong knowledge of Sage 50 and accounting procedures and processes. You will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy.
