The Production Operative Role:
* A proactive role, carrying out various duties from initial picking of materials through to packing for dispatch, operating as part of a small team
* Following specifications and ensuring accuracy in the work carried out
* Using various hand tools and soldering
* Managing and maintaining stock levels
* Quality checking items
* Reporting into the Production Manager and ensuring meeting production targets
* Comply with health and safety and general house keeping
You’ll Need:
* Previous experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering setting
* Experience with operating machinery, using hand tools and soldering would be highly advantageous
* Manual handling will be expected as part of the role
* Excellent problem solving skills
* IT Literate
* Good awareness of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment
