Position Overview:
As a CNC Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality components. You will operate and maintain CNC machines, follow technical drawings, and work closely with our engineering team to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical specifications.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
* Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Operative or similar role.
* Strong understanding of CNC machining and programming.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Proficient in using measurement tools such as callipers and micrometres.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
* Relevant certifications or vocational training in CNC machining (preferred).
