The appointed Senior HR Lead will work closely with the SLT to advise on all HR related matters and have line management responsibility for the HR Coordinator, key duties include:

Supporting employee relationsThe successful Senior HR Lead will have HR management experience within a school setting, experience of a standalone role within a small team covering the breadth of the HR function and a CIPD Level 5 or degree level qualification.
