Tezlom are recruiting for compassionate Senior Care Assistants to care for the residents within specialist Nursing and Care Homes across the Wandsworth and surrounding areas. Tezlom are a leading and expanding Healthcare Recruitment Agency, established in 2008.

**We Require**:

- Minimum of 3 months UK paid experience in the role of a Senior Carer within the last 5 years
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
- Ability to lead a team of carers.
- Be proficient in the administration of medication
- Experience with Care Planning and Documentation

This role is ideal for Senior Carers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. Tezlom Senior Care Assistants help clients with the adminstration of medication as well as daily support with washing, dressing and cooking, alongside engaging them socially through encouraging conversation. You must be attentive, friendly and outgoing, with an ability to build strong and trusting relationships with your clients and their families.

Rates of pay for all Senior Care Assistants range from £17.93 - £19.05per hour (including holiday pay) via PAYE, with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
