Our client is looking for an experienced Engineer to take on the role of Working Supervisor at a landmark site Central London. For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to work at a flagship site with a strong management team to support growth and development.
Role:
As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the on-site engineering team from the front. You will use your extensive hands-on technical experience to lead and support your team in the delivery of world-class engineering services.
* Creating and managing a PPM (planned maintenance) schedule.
* Ensuring reactive works are completed to a high standard within SLAs.
* Project management of small works as necesary.
* Maintenance, fault finding, installation, and repair of a wide range of building systems (HVAC, Plant Room, BMS, Lighting, CCTV, Alarm Systems, etc...)
* Supervision of external contractors as necessary.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policy.
* Ensuring all works are logged in CAFM System
Requirements:
This role will suit an experienced Engineer with 3 - 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience behind them. The successful candidate will also have some experience in leading and supervising teams of maintenance proffesionals.
* Must have a relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineerng, Mechanical Engineering, RAC, or Plumbing. (City & Guilds, NVQ, Bachelors Degree, BTEC, HND, etc...)
* Must have 3-5 experience in commercial building maintenance.
* This is a busy site with a big workload, candidates must be willing to up-skill and develop
