We are currently looking for a skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team within a prestigious educational institution in the heart of the city.

This role involves working on a static site, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the environment and develop a deep understanding of the systems in place.


Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary based on experience (approximately £38,000 - £43,000).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on HVAC systems.
  • Performing reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment.
  • Executing minor installations related to HVAC systems.
  • Working with various equipment including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Split and Multi Split Systems, Ventilation systems, and VRV/VAV Systems.
  • Maintaining compliance records and updating the company’s CAFM system with work progress.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current F-Gas certificate is essential.
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in a commercial setting is required.
  • Desirable: City and Guilds Level 2/3 certification in Air Conditioning.
