Based in Sheffield South Yorkshire our large team of quality accredited installers work across the UK installing marketleading products.

What you will be doing as Junior Administrator

To work as part of the Commercial sales team. Dealing with Commercial customer enquiries helping the commercial sales team with presales administration sales campaigns & sales support.

Keyresponsibilities:

  • Input leads onto CRM.
  • Lead qualification and company introduction.
  • Work proactively with Commercial Sales Manager & the Commercial Sales Consultantto target companies on campaigns for commercial solar with funding/grants.
  • Work proactively with the Commercial Sales Manager & Commercial Sales Consultantprovide valuable and detailed feedback to assist with the continuous improvement.
  • Checking all customer documents for accuracy completeness and compliance.
  • Chasing active customers to send us relevant documents in a timely and effective
    manner.
  • Completing all presales administration. Including raising deposit and paid deposit
    invoices scaffolding and structural roof report quotes IWA applications & DNO
    approvals.
  • Work confidently in a fastpaced environment within KPI structure.

What we offer as an Junior Administrator

Salary: 23800 per annum

40 hours per week Monday to Friday office based full time.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
