Roller Shutter Engineer - National

Roller Shutter EngineerNational Role 15 - 17 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced roller shutter engineer to install, repair and service, 3 phase and single-phase roller shutter doors, fire rated shutter doors, rapid roll doors, sectional doors and industrial insulated doors, personnel/steel, fire exit doors. You will support Nationally across the sector.
Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Focus on a range of projects predominately across the Country and significant travel is required.
  • Servicing, fitting and maintenance of Industrial Roller Shutter Doors in commercial and industrial buildings, as well as some residential properties.
  • Tracking compliance daily
  • Reporting on any operational incidents impacting building functionality.
  • Working closely with the wider FM team on site
About You
  • Essential:
    • Experience of diagnosing and repairing Industrial Doors
    • Experience of installation of Industrial Doors
    • Full UK clean driving license
    • Good communication skills are necessary and good customer service skills
    • Attention to detail and able to complete job sheets and pass certifications
  • Desirable (Although training is available):
    • Experience of electrical work
    • Scissor lift license / PASMA / IPAF
    • CSCS
