We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Administrator to assist us in welcoming and integrating new team members effectively.
The Role:
As an Onboarding Administrator, you will support us in ensuring that our new hires feel welcomed, supported, and equipped to make a difference. You will compile essential documentation such as offer letters, contracts, references, DBS, PVG, and Right to Work documents. Collaborating closely with our recruiters and operational teams, you will become an integral part of our HR and Resourcing environment, with ample opportunities for professional growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Recruitment and Onboarding administration queries, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Based Recruiter to support the end-to-end process and management of all vacancies and candidates.
- Execute fully compliant pre-employment checks and maintain complete staff files in adherence to agreed SLAs and quality standards.
- Ensure timely and effective management of each recruitment pipeline to facilitate prompt onboarding of new starters.
Qualifications:
- To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in onboarding and orientation, preferably in children's services or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering quality onboarding experiences.
- The ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to evolving needs.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
