The Role


Our Recruiters build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, while helping guide our clients through the recruitment process.

This may be in an on-site or off-site environment, depending on the business needs.


As a Recruiter you will focus on being a true business partner, providing high-touch relationshipnmanagement, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities.

You will consultatively manage the end to end recruitment process and will become a trusted advisor on recruitment related activities.

You will also be the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through tonoffer stagen
  • Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drivenclient and candidate satisfactionn
  • Work with the sourcing team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you havenstrong talent, with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlistn
  • Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a qualityncandidate shortlist/pipelinen
  • Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternativenrecruiting solutionsn
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuousnimprovement initiativesn
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability,nsalary benchmarks
Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role you will have:n

  • Fluent Danish and English language skillsn
  • Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ninterviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environmentn
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships atndifferent levels within an organisationn
  • Strong organisation skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects ofnthe recruitment process i.e. interview scheduling and sourcingn
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environmentn
  • Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniquesn
  • Effective communication and listening skillsn
  • Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans tonaccommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
