Koda Staff, a leading recruitment company, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Danish Speaking Recruitment Consultant. Based in the heart of London, we offer a unique opportunity to transform your recruitment career and achieve financial freedom.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent for our clients, leveraging your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth. With a strong focus on work-life balance, we prioritize our consultants' well-being and offer a supportive environment to thrive.


The ideal candidate will possess:


  • Proficiency in Danish at a professional level or higher
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Excellent persuasion, charm, and negotiation skills
  • Business development experience is a plus
  • Ambition and a drive to succeed
