Responsibilities:

  • Attend comprehensive training program to learn about our products and services
  • Develop a strong understanding of our sales process and customer service standards
  • Work closely with experienced sales representatives to learn from their experiences and best practices
  • Participate in roleplaying exercises and mock sales calls to build confidence and improve communication skills
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
  • Develop a strong understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services
  • Achieve sales targets and performance goals under the guidance of experienced sales mentors

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to new situations quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:
From £24,654.00 per year
