We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our MoJ and Home Office Admin team based on site in Lincoln.


Location:
RAF Scampton, Lincoln

Contract:
Permanent, Full Time

What will you be responsible for?


As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be working within the on site Admin team, supporting them in duties for the operational and office based teams.


Your day to day will include:

  • To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and
distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system.

  • Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
  • Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
  • Engineer uniform orders.

What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Service Administrator is great for you if:

  • You have previous administrative experience
  • Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
  • Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
  • Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
