The Senior CRM & Digital Executive reports into the Digital Marketing Manager and its main purpose is to support in the management and execution of digital campaigns across the full portfolio of MH brands in the UK.


There is a renewed focus on growing our CRM capabilities and expertise, and this role will be key to delivering that, alongside wider digital initiatives and campaigns.

As a member of the Digital & E-Retail team, you will have a consumer-centric mindset and be expected to work across a broad range of digital initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE


The Consumer Engagement team is responsible for the full portfolio of Moet Hennessy brands in the UK ranging from our champagnes and wines, including Dom Perignon and Veuve Clicquot to our spirits including Glenmorangie and Belvedere.

We work in strong collaboration with our brand managers and global brand teams to bring to life the vision and strategy in our local market.

We are predominantly focused on consumer marketing and work together with our customer and e-retail teams to build and execute plans.

The Senior CRM & Digital Executive will support the consumer engagement, brand and sales teams to create and implement marketing, content and CRM strategies across digital channels and touchpoints.


Main Focus of the role is on CRM:

  • Own and implement the local CRM strategy to grow databases, capabilities, journeys and consumer relationships across all brands
  • Be an internal champion for CRM and getting closer to the consumer and provide knowledge sharing and training to others
  • Build reports, analyse them and create insights that will help drive improvements
Alongside this, the Senior CRM & Digital Executive will have a supporting role on Social by:

  • Delivering tactical paid social campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Teams and the media agency.
  • Championing social listening tools to measure and understand the conversation surrounding each brand
  • Supporting the Brand Teams and social agency on owned social media management of local social channels (Moët & Chandon)


Finally, support on day-to-day operational tasks including competitor reporting, content production & management, creative review & sign off across all digital touchpoints.

Overall, manage 3rd parties and agencies to ensure efficient execution of plans

Profile:

Professional experience & know how:

  • 3 + years of experience in similar roles managing digital marketing and / or CRM for a brand or portfolio of brands
  • Experience of planning and implementing marketing communications to customer databases
  • Experience working with partner agencies and managing different levels of stakeholders internally (local and global) and externally
  • Understanding the role of storytelling and creating desirable content in a superpremium or luxury environment
  • Data and technology savvy with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to build reports and experience working with KPIs and tracking performance of several brands at the same time.
  • Highly collaborative and able to communicate with different profiles and levels across our (matrix) organization. Be able to simplify messages, translate data into opportunities and actions.
  • Proactive and able to operate independently
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
