About Our Client:

  • Accountable for day to day HR administration across the whole employee lifecycle
  • Manage the HR Inbox
  • Identify, develop & maintain relevant processes & SOPs
  • Support annual people process e.g. Reward, Talent & Appraisals
  • Administer & communicate employee benefits
  • Responsible for maintaining & updating key employee data
  • Provide quality and accurate data reports
  • Responsible for ensuring monthly payroll changes have appropriate approvals
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement across our systems, processes, documentation, ways of working etc.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Ad hoc HR support to line managers & contribution to projects
  • As a member of the HR Team, support employee engagement across the business

The Successful Applicant:

  • You are able to collate and present data
  • IT literate in Microsoft word and outlook
  • Self motivate and proactive
  • High communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Prioritise a busy work load
  • Your attention to detail is impeccable
