About Our Client:

- Accountable for day to day HR administration across the whole employee lifecycle
- Manage the HR Inbox
- Identify, develop & maintain relevant processes & SOPs
- Support annual people process e.g. Reward, Talent & Appraisals
- Administer & communicate employee benefits
- Responsible for maintaining & updating key employee data
- Provide quality and accurate data reports
- Responsible for ensuring monthly payroll changes have appropriate approvals
- Identify areas for continuous improvement across our systems, processes, documentation, ways of working etc.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Ad hoc HR support to line managers & contribution to projects
- As a member of the HR Team, support employee engagement across the business
The Successful Applicant:
- You are able to collate and present data
- IT literate in Microsoft word and outlook
- Self motivate and proactive
- High communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Prioritise a busy work load
- Your attention to detail is impeccable
