We're on the lookout for talented individuals who could embrace the challenge of working in our busy venue in Southport


Serving a plethora of food and beverages, here at the firepit we like to ensure we go above and beyond when it comes to service.

Be this explaining the 350 degree "steak on the stone" or simply recommending a wine paring we pride ourselves in exceeding customers expectations.


  • Must be available on weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and sit customers to their tables,
  • Provide detailed information when asked about the menus,
  • Prepare tables,
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request,
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate,
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders using EPOS.
  • Check customer IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages,
  • Communicate order details to both the bar and the kitchen,
  • Serve food and orders,
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation,
  • Collect bill payments,
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the relevant place for cleaning,
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations,
  • Provide excellent customer service,
  • Partake in any training the business requires you to do.

£4.81-£9.50 per hour
