The primary role as a member of floor staff is to provide excellent customer service to our guests during their dining experience in our restaurant. We want to make memories for our guests, and that starts with you. You will work as part of a tight knit team, all striving towards the same goal to offer the best customer service experience in Southport.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Greeting and seating our guests
- Offering a great customer service experience
- Taking orders from our guests and delivering it to their table
- Knowledge of our menu to make great recommendations
- Cash handling
- Managing guest expectations
- Setting the restaurant to a high standard
- Adhering to our health and safety policies
- Complying with our cleanliness procedures
- Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Reporting and taking direction from your restaurant supervisors and House Manager.
