We are now looking for a passionate travel sales consultant to join our team and support our growing business.

About the Role:


Do you have a knack for sales and a passion for facilitating unforgettable holidays? If so, we want you on our team We're in search of an experienced Sales Consultant to champion excellence and give our guests their dream holidays.


You'll use your proven sales expertise, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' sales experience and at least 2 years' proficiency in telesales.

While familiarity with the travel industry is advantageous, it's not a must.

What's crucial is your passion for our mission to empower individuals with disabilities to embark on life-changing journeys, backed by quality care and support.


Responsibilities:


As a Sales Consultant, your will build a strong rapport and relationship with prospective guests, translating them into high-value bookings with remarkable retention rates.

You're a skilled relationship builder, adept at comprehending clients' needs.

Your focus will be on responding to inbound warm sales leads (no cold calling here), grasping customers' aspirations, and guiding them to select from our range of holidays.

  • Maintain a consistent call volume of over 40 calls per day

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales ideally in a telesales environment
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • To track key performance metrics
  • A strong resultsoriented mindset, proven in personal performance achievements
  • Dedication to delivering consistently excellent customer service
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Patience to understand customers' unique needs and prioritise holiday quality over quantity
  • Supportive attitude towards colleagues and team goals
  • Commitment to companywide development and success
  • Proficiency in written communication and computer skills
