Position overview

:

To assist the HR Manager in the continuous improvement of the HR function, providing support to the plant team. Become champion for employee relations on all business unit levels. This position is responsible for acting as a backup during the absence of the HR manager.

Supports the delivery of HR services to meet business needs ensuring compliance with corporate policy and Country contractual & legislative requirements.


Key responsibilities include

:

  • Maintains personnel records and hire to retire processes of the employees in SAP SF system and paper files where it is applicable.
  • To follow and maintain the organisation's SOPs and safe working practices.
  • Raise issues as appropriate and contribute to ongoing HR process development and improvement.
  • Make sure the accurate employees' data is up to date in the local payroll system and SAP SF.
  • Participates and coordinates any HRrelated projects.
  • Manage plant payroll with ADP and payroll specialist in Belgrade Office.
  • Management of Time & Attendance system, including recording of all holidays and absence.
  • Prepare new starter documentation such as offer letters and contracts of employment.
  • Manage new starter/promotions tracker to ensure probation period, and salary reviews are scheduled and carried out.
  • Prepare letters to employees confirming changes to T&C's.
  • Maintain online records with Private Health Care.
  • Update Temporary Staff Tracker & Costs on a weekly basis.
  • Track all absences for the plant, ensuring RTW and selfcertification/fit notes are returned to HR promptly.
  • Comply with all legal requirements related to the environment and safety.
  • Support plant hiring managers with permanent recruitment; liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, booking rooms.
  • Maintain updates of the job descriptions.
  • Coordination of internal and external training such as fire safety, first aid and any other ad hoc requests.

What are we looking for?

  • GCSE level or equivalent
  • Experience in the relevant position for at least 2 years
  • Confident user of computer programs: MS Office, SAP Success Factor
  • HR admin work
  • Work effectively in a team and maintain working relationships with others
  • Handle confidential information and keep it safe
  • Fluent in English
