As a Stock Control Administrator you will be accountable for for the accurate and timely confirmation process for both Bulk and MISC Stock and for collaborative working with Ops Teams and colleagues when investigating G/LS and/or minimise stock issues as a result of daily/monthly processing

The Role:

Checking dip reports entered correctly on to CodasConfirmations and month end stock check for Misc StocksWorking with Ops temas to minimise stock loss and gainsReconcile loads not completed by the BOT ( via exceptions report )Reconcile and record gantry readings for depot tanksCheck volume and price of bridging loadsCheck COC has been confirmed correctly, process where missedCheck heating tank dips, adjustments and balance stockCheck yard sales and ensure they have been processedUnderstand prelists and Cost Calculation reportsRun and cascade prelists and cost calculations for authorisation from sales Post tickets to invoice customersBalance stocks at the depot, investigate loss or gains out of toleranceProcess barriers where required Credit notes for customers or stock liftingsResolve GRN queries Import and export packed fuels, order with 3rd party, manage queries daily
