Hard Facilities Management Manager at Non-Profit Organization

About the Role: As the Hard Facilities Management Manager, your role involves collaborating with the regional operations management team to ensure a smooth maintenance program. This includes planned preventative maintenance, handling reactive maintenance tasks, managing priorities effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Take responsibility for evaluating and overseeing all work carried out by internal and external resources to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legal requirements.
  • Resolve technical or service-related issues promptly, either by directly addressing them or by coordinating teams to find solutions. Work closely with management to escalate, communicate, and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you may need to assume a regional leadership role in hard FM disciplines and serve as a local expert in collaboration with our central Hard FM Specialists.
  • Maintain operational standards and prioritize statutory compliance and service maintenance in critical environments. Optimize team resources and productivity by strategically planning and organizing activities.
  • Introduce new standards and drive change initiatives to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with NHSPS Health, Safety & Wellbeing Policies, NHSPS Technical Guidance, Statutory Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, and relevant aspects of HTMs.
