About the Role

This role is constantly evolving and requires someone with entrepreneurial flair and ambition. You will be responsible for organizing and implementing strategies to grow the landlord portfolio, requiring proactive, engaging, and self-motivated qualities. This position is suitable for individuals looking for independent work, potentially coming from a broker background or aiming to move away from traditional agency roles. You will have the flexibility to structure your working week, manage clients, and integrate current clients and leads into your business development plan. Building relationships with property owners, concierge services, developers, and landlords will be crucial to expanding the company's presence in the area. As an independent lettings manager, you will have the freedom to work across various premium London postcodes.

Offered Package

  • A customized salary based on experience, including a generous guaranteed amount for six months followed by a basic salary and commission.
  • Working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Enjoy 24 days of holiday per year.
  • Conveniently located in a serviced building in Marylebone.
