About the Role

Hamptons is seeking an experienced and motivated lettings professional to join our Notting Hill office as an Assistant Head of Lettings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate the business strategy to all employees and educate the team on generating new business.
  • Achieve personal objectives and targets, and understand the departmental profit and loss account to assist the office in a proactive manner.
  • Ensure internal audit standards are maintained and assist the Manager in enhancing the brand with external customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and identify opportunities to work with and refer business to other departments/divisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in a busy letting estate agency or sales environment.
  • Commercially astute and self-motivated individual who can inspire those around them.
  • Customer-centric approach, excellent attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a heavy workload.
  • A full UK driver's license.
