Resumen del puesto:
El Negociador de Arrendamientos desempeñará un papel clave en la gestión de relaciones con los clientes, la organización de visitas a propiedades y la negociación de solicitudes de arrendamiento. El candidato ideal contará con habilidades sobresalientes de comunicación y negociación, una actitud proactiva y el impulso necesario para triunfar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado. Este puesto requiere adaptabilidad bajo presión, un fuerte enfoque en los detalles y un compromiso con brindar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Responder de manera rápida y profesional a todas las consultas telefónicas y por correo electrónico.
  • Registrar y calificar completamente a los solicitantes para los arrendamientos.
  • Combinar propiedades disponibles con solicitantes y programar proactivamente las visitas.
  • Realizar visitas a propiedades y mostrar los inmuebles a posibles inquilinos.
  • Negociar solicitudes de arrendamiento con propietarios e inquilinos, asegurando que todos los acuerdos sean satisfactorios.
  • Proporcionar comentarios oportunos a los propietarios sobre las visitas y mantenerlos informados sobre las condiciones del mercado.
  • Preparar descripciones precisas y detalladas de las propiedades para fines de marketing.
  • Tomar fotografías de alta calidad de las propiedades para su listado y uso promocional.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el Gerente de Sucursal para mantenerse informado sobre las propiedades futuras y las estrategias de mercado.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de administración y gestión de propiedades para facilitar transacciones fluidas.
  • Monitorear y mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias generales del mercado de arrendamientos y las propiedades competidoras.

Cualificaciones y requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobada como Negociador de Arrendamientos con un historial exitoso.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha y negociación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente bajo presión y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
  • Dominio del uso de Reapit o un paquete de software similar para agencias inmobiliarias.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención a los detalles.
  • Esencial contar con una licencia de conducir válida.
