Senior Gaming Manager

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSH) is hiring for a Senior Gaming Manager to take a central role in our new Stream Team. This is a unique opportunity to work with an ambitious charity that is innovating in the streaming and gaming fundraising space.

You will have the opportunity to create, develop, deploy, and manage a set of strategic initiatives in a growth sector that shows no signs of slowing down.

This job is known internally as Senior Manager.

The salary for this position is £47,405 per annum.

This is a business development focused role, and you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a partnership pipeline and a range of fundraising opportunities in the gaming and streaming world.
  • Supporting the development of our online and in person communities, including attending conferences and events such as TwitchCon.
  • Collaborating with the Deputy Director of Relationship Fundraising to build plans to ensure we meet our strategic objectives and outcomes.
  • Leveraging and building networks in the gaming industries to secure new partnerships for GOSH Charity.
  • Line managing a Partnerships Manager and Senior Executive.

We are dedicated to the growth of the Stream Team and we're looking for an ambitious, innovative, and creative individual to support us on this journey.

What skills do you need?

  • Previous experience winning partnerships and developing new business opportunities in the gaming or streaming industry.
  • Experience working with content creators, influencers, agents, and agencies.
  • Innovative and creative thinker.
  • A passion for the gaming industry and a strong network of contacts.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, over 750 seriously ill children from across the UK arrive for life-changing treatments. Every day, young lives hang in the balance as patients, families and staff battle the most complex illnesses. And every day, the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs that change the lives of thousands of children – and change the world. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential. Without donations, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity can't help fund ground-breaking research, advanced equipment, child and family support services, and the rebuilding and refurbishment of wards and medical facilities.
