Director of Property Asset Management

The Senior Director's role will be to assist the Head of Asset Management and Value Add Investment UK ("Head of AM & VA") with the strategy to drive income and maximize portfolio occupancy and rent recapture performance across Realty Income's $9bn+ cross sector UK portfolio.
The Senior Director will have to be highly collaborative as their role will have multiple touch points daily, with departments across Realty Income and with many external clients, advisors and stakeholders.
Co-ordinate the Annual Business Planning Process for our multi-let assets.Assist with Client Relationship Management program.
Assist with ESG Initiatives across the portfolio - including EV car charging, solar projects, SMART initiatives, and local community initiatives.
Carry out lease renewals, rent reviews, lease regears, new lettings (including internal analysis and presentations, negotiating with clients, and working with Legal to transact deals) and keep the Head of AM & VA apprised of such activities.
Manage monthly leasing meetings with leasing agents, planners, project managers, property managers.Identify additional opportunities to drive income at our sites such as drive thru developments and commercialization opportunities.

Meet regularly with local stakeholders of our assets and foster strong relationships (council representatives, adjacent owners etc).
Visits and meetings with retail clients to develop and enhance relationships, obtain company and real estate information concerning Clients' future plans and needs.
Delegate tasks to analysts relating to research, review, analysis, evaluation, and preparation for negotiations and presentations.Review analysts' work product and prepared materials (research, analysis, maps packages, transaction memos, Client information, etc).
Identify adjacent ownerships that can be acquired that will enhance the returns of our existing assets and liaise with the Investment Team.
Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate principles.including the ability to present proposals, negotiate transactions, and convey complex ideas, concepts, and recommendations to senior management.
Time management effectiveness and the ability to prioritize workload based on level of importance.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and work product quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, MRI, Salesforce, Costar, Argus Valuation / Investor and Developer.
Occasional business travel required.
Undergraduate degree:
in related field.
Minimum 10 years' commercial real estate-related experience.
Significant prior financial responsibility or accountability.
