Service Delivery Coordinator

You will be pivotal in assisting and co-ordinating FM & admin provision across LGIM Managed Service Contracts and Vacant Units, ensuring work is carried out to a high standard, management of contractors, management of the internal systems, quotations, corresponding invoicing and the production of reports.

Reporting to the MS & Voids Manager & supported by the wider team - the successful candidate will strife to own their property portfolio and the processes and be responsible for the on-demand services on the contract, by driving excellence and championing continuous improvement.

Building strong internal and external relationships and ensuring all communications with the colleagues and client are well maintained.

This role is remote, some travel might be required on occasions.

And as a Service Delivery Coordinator with Bellrock, you'll do it by...
  • Act as a reliable support function for the portfolio, ensuring effective communication between all property management parties is always maintained.
  • Monitor fluctuations of sites in scope, ensure internal records are up to date for each site and assist with the update of actions on Deepki system.
  • Coordinate Managed Service contract deliverables as required
  • Encourage and respond accordingly, to the regular feedback from building occupiers and visitors via QR code NPS surveys and assist with keeping the Vizta platform up to date.
  • Attend meetings in relation to projects, health and safety and monthly service review as required.
  • Assist with the management of reactive and planned works via the Concerto system. Where instructed, coordinate and follow up reactive and / or planned maintenance tasks, so that they are carried out to time and in accordance with the Contract. Ensure RAMS are received and authorised. Coordinate authorisation is in place for any additional costs and ensure that all records are accurate for the purposes of invoicing.
  • Manage Contractors to ensure that the works are carried out in line with contract and followed up with an evidence-based completion report.
  • Provide support for Projects where required.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in different situations, aware of impact on others.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to be Homebased with occasional travel when needed. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch.
