Nineteen Recruitment is delighted to working with a local client, recruiting on their behalf for a Residential Support Worker, a role that is available on a full-time basis based in the Cramlington area.

This role is long-term and commands a standard hourly rate of £11.59 per hour.

Job description


As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting young persons on a 1:1 basis, encouraging them to live independently in temporary placement until they are placed in longer term accommodation.


You will be undertaking direct work with young people and acting as an appropriate role model, working in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.


  • Experience supporting young people in a residential setting
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one
