Description
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the administrators in Outreach and Student Recruitment to understand the current processes, identify what works well and what can be done to improve systems and processes.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand the wider needs of the College for student ambassadors.
- Investigate alternative systems solutions to manage the Student Ambassador Scheme.
- Administration of work opportunities including advertising recruitment focused work opportunities to the ambassador pool.
- Liaison with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, including areas for new training opportunities for ambassadors and other casual workers.
Profile
Person specification:
- Experience of managing databases.
- Experience of working with university students.
- Demonstrable experience of Project Management.
- Experience of casual worker administration.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
