Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for student ambassadors
  • Support the Student Ambassador Programme Manager in the development and implementation of programme strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to the programme
  • Provide administrative support to the Student Ambassador Programme Manager and team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate of the University of Westminster to gain experience in an administrative function and develop their skills in programme coordination. The role will involve working closely with the Student Ambassador Programme Manager and team to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.

The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week, 7 hours daily, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working arrangements and occasional weekend work to support recruitment events on campus.
