Experience Required:
nBroad HR experience including business partnering, employee relations, reward, and performance management.nExperience with TUPE and working in a fast-paced, matrix organizational structure.nDelivery of HR projects in various disciplines.nCIPD Level 5 qualification.nExperience in the telecom or property industry is desirable.nExperience with HR system implementation processes.
Skills Needed:
nAdvanced Excel skills.nStrong presentation skills.nKnowledge of HR system implementation processes.
