Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the successful execution of regional/area projects, liaising with the store teams and advising on project plans
  • Reviewing regional reporting, providing insight to your stakeholders and collating business information to facilitate presentation for the Regional Manager & Area team
  • Support a safe & legal region, taking any necessary actions to address non conformance
  • Championing customer service by listening and responding to customers
  • Using your insight and holistic view to enable colleagues to work with confidence across the store and post office to meet the changing needs of customers
  • Supporting the Regional & Area Manager team with administration on any employee relations matters
  • Supporting the region to celebrate long service awards and colleague recognition
  • Using store reporting and the business wheel to identify improvements required with your Regional Manager on any operational areas including sales, stock routines, safe and legal, waste, cashloss, Post Office remuneration and stockloss.
