About this role.


As a Clip 'n Climb Instructor at Out of Bounds we are looking for hosts with warm, infectious and confident characters.

If taking pride in your work and seeing beaming smiles on our customer's faces is your natural talent then we'd love to hear from you.


Going above and beyond and being prepared to go the extra mile, whilst always remaining calm under pressure and able to juggle many tasks whilst still smiling is key You must be comfortable working around children and super-energetic.

The exceptional experience you provide our guests will be the reason they'll return again

Role will include but not limited too

  • Leading our activities and customers taking part in, Clip 'n Climb,
  • Interacting with all customers providing excellence in customer service
  • Potential progression within the company
To be a success in this role you will need

  • Must have ability to Climb (Full training Given)
  • Able to commit to working at least one weekend day each week, with availability to work more hours in the weekdays/school holidays when required.
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent team player
  • Hardworking and confident
  • Flexible and adaptable to all situations
  • Pride in your work and service levels.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must be 18+
Rate of Pay Subject to experience and interview
