High Ropes

As a High Ropes and Climbing Lead Instructor we are looking for adventurous, outgoing, cheerful and confident characters who know how to climb, have a passion for climbing, attention to detail and take pride in their work.

You'll be enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming and engaging.

Going above and beyond and being prepared to go the extra mile, whilst remaining calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks whilst still smiling is key You must be comfortable working around children and adults, The exceptional experience you provide will be the reason they'll return

Role will include but not limited too
- Leading our activities and customers taking part in our high ropes course.
- Taking the lead and responsibility for the high ropes activity and safety.
- Interacting with all customers providing excellence in customer service.
- Completing opening, closing safety inspections, equipment checks and logging.
- Ability to remain calm and complete rescues when required.

To be a success in this role you must have the following.
- **Must be 18 Years Plus**:

- **Must have Outdoor Climbing/High Ropes experience.**:

- **Must have knowledge of rope work, knots, harness fitting and safety experience.**:

- **Must have belaying skills and knowledge.**:

- **Must have ability to climb with no fear of height.**

Other skills required
- Passion for customer service.
- Leadership qualities.
- Flexible and adaptable to all situations.
- Weekend work essential. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Excellent communicator.
- First Aid qualified or ability to obtain.
- Physically able to complete all relevant safety checks.
- Willing to attend further training required and refresher training as required.

Rate of Pay Subject to experience, qualifications and interview
