Direct Procurement Sourcing Specialist for World-Class FMCG Firm

This role provides the chance to work on multinational portfolios, and liaise with key stakeholder and established clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance procurement processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Have proven experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing and tendering, with a focus on direct spend.
  • A successful track record of supplier negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier relationship management.
  • A degree in a relevant field / CIPs or MCIPs is desirable but not a requirement.
  • Someone who is eager to grow and succeed within a dynamic business environment.

With a strong understanding of the benefits of a work-life balance, this firm follows a hybrid work structure, meaning you only have to be in the London office 1 day per week.
