As a Sytner Bodyshop Manager, you will be leading an exceptional team dedicated to satisfying our customers and ensuring things are done right the first time. You will oversee the productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department, as well as handle customer interactions, both internal and external. Our dealerships are equipped with cutting-edge facilities and technology, creating safe, welcoming, and clean workshops. This is a full-time position that may involve working on weekends to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
What we look for
To excel in this role, you must have comprehensive experience in managing a Bodyshop and handling insurance claims. Previous similar roles in the automotive industry are a must. This position is sales-oriented and is best suited for someone forward-thinking and people-oriented, who holds Audatex and VDA accreditations. Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, are crucial as most authorizations are finalized through telephone negotiations. Familiarity with Audatex Enterprise and E.M.A.C.S. will be advantageous.
