You will deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles, adhering to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers. You will also commit to continuous learning and development, optimizing resource utilization when delivering services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical advice and conduct vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs
* Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles
* Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers
* Commit to continuous learning and development
* Optimize resource utilization when delivering services

**Requirements:**

* Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork
* Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members
* Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months
* Provide evidence of the 'Right to work in the UK'
