Customer Success Consultant

Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week

A leading SaaS client of mine is looking to hire a Customer Success Consultant on a permanent basis.

Joining a mid size company in the Watford area this role offer hybrid working with the current set up as 3 days per week onsite and 2 days from home.


This role is responsible for working closely and collaborating with their clients in showing the value proposition and tailoring their client's need.


Leveraging your functional and technical expertise they are looking for someone who has a good understanding of systems to be able to advise and guide their clients through their solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the customer business case and how the solution can add value within their business
  • Provide and deliver changes to the solution
  • Be sole contact for a number of clients providing advice on the product and additional requirements
  • Upselling where appropriate
  • Work with technology team to deliver new and additional functionality
  • Take responsibility of client feedback and provide progress to the business
  • Have a strong understanding of the product
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


The company is a true believer in putting its people first with opportunities to develop and grow with support across the business right up to the C-suite level.


This role is based out of their Watford head office but on occasion there will be travel to client sites within the U.K.
