  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver innovative recruitment solutions and exceed client expectations

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record in building and managing a recruitment desk, with a strong focus on business development and sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong industry knowledge and expertise in retail recruitment, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of our clients and business

What We Offer:

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 basic + commission + bonus + company laptop & mobile

OTE: £40,000 - £50,000
